I usually don't watch TV,
especially when we are having dinner.
However, because of the last earthquake,
we sometimes watch it to keep up with current news.
We have aftershocks almost everyday,
so the announcer gets developments
even in his reading out.
When that happened, the announcer apologized
for interrupting and changing the news
by saying, "Excuse me."
After hearing him, my youngest daughter
turned to me and grinned fiendishly.
I told her, "He didn't say 'excuse me'
because he didn't passed gas, you know."
She said, "No?" and looked so disappointed.
